The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Open it the day it arrives and let her play. If it isn't the toy she carries everywhere, or you're unhappy with it for any reason, message us through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through a return and a full refund.

ANY LAST QUESTIONS?

The things people ask before they order

Is any of it real makeup?

No. Nothing inside holds pigment, powder, polish or scent. That's the point: nothing transfers to her skin, her clothes or your furniture.

How big is it?

The case measures 20.5 × 8.5 × 16 cm (about 8 × 3.3 × 6.3 in), small enough for her to carry. A few reviewers of these kits found some pieces smaller than they expected.

Will the pieces break?

They're plastic toy pieces made for pretend play. In the reviews we read, breaks came from rough play, including thin brushes snapping. If anything arrives damaged, the 30-day money-back guarantee covers it.

What age is it for?

Ages 3 and up. It contains small parts, so keep it away from children under 3.

What if we don't love it?

Open it and check every piece the day it arrives. If it isn't right, or you're unhappy for any reason, message us through the Contact page within 30 days of delivery and we'll walk you through a return and a full refund.
